We are committed to providing the best possible care and to keeping costs as low as possible. We will discuss estimated fees with you prior to surgery. Cosmetic surgery is elective and therefore not covered by insurance. We accept most major credit cards, check and cash.
- CareCredit – You may apply by phone by calling 1-800-365-8295 or online at www.carecredit.com. They a have 12 month same as cash plan option as well as extended finance options of 24,36,48, or 60 months.
- Chase Health Advance – You may apply by phone by calling 1-888-519-6111 or online at www.chasehealthadvance.com. You will need to give them our provider merchant ID number of 10730. They a have 12 month same as cash plan option as well as extended finance options of 24,36, or 48 months. If paid in full within the promotional plan period.
