What to Expect After Liposuction Surgery:
Swelling, bruising, soreness and achiness are normal – and are to be expected following your liposuction surgery. These symptoms do subside gradually a little each day – and are pretty much gone after several days. The numbness may take a few weeks to resolve completely. Most of Dr. Lettieri’s patients are able to resume a normal routine within 2-4 weeks – but are required to wear a compression garment for up to six weeks.
